Ezekiel 8

Today I read Ezekiel 8. It was how the Israelites were going after pagan gods. The men had engraved images of false gods. The women were weeping for tammuz. All the people worshiped the sun god. I don't want to go after false gods.

Ezekiel 2

Ezekiel 2 is good and bad. The good part is that Ezekiel saw YHVH's angels. The bad part is that when YHVH talked to him, and when YHVH said to share, YHVH said Israel is probably going to fight. Then there was a scroll opened to him and they were full of lamentations.

Proverbs 14

These are the things I read about in Proverbs.
1. Everybody should build their house up--i.e. the people of your family.
2. I want to walk where YHVH wants me to.
3. I don't want to be arrogant with pride.
4. I want to be a good witness.
5. I don't want to mock at sin.
6. I want to be wise.
7. Nobody feels what another person is going though.

Hosea 13

Today I read Hosea 13. It was about how YHVH was/is going to severely punish Israel for their sins. When Israel was humble, YHVH exalted them very much. Then they got arrogant. YHVH punished them. I don't want to be arrogant.
